Our residents have always enjoyed playing ball games, so we thought we would try some “Balloon Tennis”…they all loved it! Everyone tried their best to keep the balloon from touching the ground…(not always successfully)…and had a ball-oon doing it!
If the balloon was being difficult and not staying up, they just gave it a quick kick to get it going again!
They seemed to enjoy it so much, they were like Energiser bunnies and just kept going and going! Who knew you could have so much fun with a cardboard paddle and a balloon or two!
The smiles on their faces says it all, really!
