Redcliffe Aged Care hosted a special visit by federal member for Petrie, Luke Howarth MP. Luke and his team provided fresh hot cross buns as an early Easter treat for the home’s residents and staff.
Residents enjoyed taking time to chat with Luke, as he represents areas where our residents have lived, worked and played, and it was especially heartening to hear Luke thank residents for their service to their country.
This resulted in resounding applause from Beaumont Care resi’s staff and volunteers who were there to hear news of the early parliamentary recall as it was “hot on the wire” to Luke, and so he shared this with us all.
