One of Jeffery’s favourite dishes is fried rice. He recently cooked his fried rice recipe for fellow residents and staff at Beaumont Care Kippa-Ring. Jeffery says that the success of his recipe is attributed to his special secret ingredients.
“Everyone enjoyed my fried rice. I like cooking – it’s good fun and is one of my favourite activities,” said Jeffery.
