Recently we had the opportunity to present Katrina Jennings with her staff member of the year award for 2022. Together we decided to do this by having a lunch outing with 2 participants from the house Robert and Gerard and the house manager Darlene, Liana and myself.
Katrina was recognised by her colleagues and participants as being a quiet achiever always willing to help and listen to participants needs. Katrina stepped up without question at a time when the houses she primarily works at needed her the most and made sure everything was running smoothly.
