It was a pleasure to have Pat and Honey the poodle attend the Beaumont Care Independent Living Board meeting today, in Pat’s new home at Beaumont Care’s Wamuran Aged Care.
Pat is thoroughly enjoying her new surroundings, fellow residents and staff, the great food, and her part-time designation as occasional sitter for Honey, a major highlight.
While Honey slept through most of the meeting, Pat gave us her insights into settling into her new home, her appreciation of her support worker and many activities, with observations and comments which are appreciated by the Board and management.
