Karen started her career as an AIN for 11 years before qualifying and working as an EEN for another 12 years. Karen joined Beaumont Care in 2018 as a newly graduated Registered Nurse, and in the past 3 years has progressed to Clinical Nurse and now Service Manager at Beaumont Care Wamuran.
Karen says that one of the best things about working at Beaumont Care is that they are a small company with big hearts. “We are family orientated and there are great opportunities for all staff to upskill.
