Future Funding in Aged Care

Beaumont Care hosted an informative training day, facilitated by Peter Mackinnon, Aged and Community Services, highlighting future funding in residential aged care, following the Living Longer Living Better reforms. Beaumont Care’s Admissions Centre is due to open shortly at 107 Anzac Avenue Redcliffe, where we will offer an “aged care information hub” to the community.  The centre incorporates our own training centre for staff and community information, and especially, our drop in for a cuppa and cake open invitation.  Placement and Volunteer Coordinator Colleen Noble with our special employees, Accountant Samantha; Executive Office Manager Tanja Barri; and Administrator Teresa Turner, will all be available to assist at the Centre.  An official opening will be heralded in the local media shortly, so stay tuned for further news.
