I had the pleasure of getting to know Hilary Berger (nee Childs), and Ailsa Moorhead (nee Lindsay), at the old Wamuran School this week. The knowledge these ladies share is so substantial, it will make your head spin!
They are absolute delights and so generous with their information, including a wonderful “memory stick” full of history which they fund raise for the price of $30. This is a worthy investment for generations. One gem is the beautiful picture of Esta Ziviani watering tobacco seedlings.
Beaumont Care’s new aged care home is due to open in Wamuran early 2020, so a snippet here of the team that is working to make this happen taken in one of the courtyards this week.
Pictured are interiors designer Jessica Clymo of Elevation Architecture, Linda, Michael Goss director, Marie Ryan accounts BDO, builder Peter Duffy P3 Property Constructions and Beaumont Care CEO, Peter Winterflood. Also pictured are 2 Wamites – Ailsa and Hilary, and of course a young Esta, (Roy and Esta Ziviani).
We look forward to welcoming everyone to our community open which we will announce early in the new year. Exciting times ahead for all. Merry Christmas from the Beaumont Care team on site at Wam, our builder, architect and construction team.
