A great effort of preparing and cooking delicious meals for residents throughout 2019, meeting all the standards and audits, along with team members in the kitchen supporting each other. Kerry has a fun nature and residents and staff respond well to her antics and she isn’t afraid to get into the spirit of things by dressing up to suit the occasion. Shared Services Employee of the Year Jason Grealy
This Beaumont Care award is deserved so much by Jason who is one of the world’s nicest people and an absolutely welded on, steadfast employee!
He is loved by residents and staff and management rely on him throughout the year to coordinate maintenance along with the other 101 things he is called upon to do – usually right when he is in the middle of something else! Jason travels across all of Beaumont Care’s services and is regarded as a living treasure across the business. Congratulations Jason from us all. Jason receiving his award from Peter.
Roslyn Lodge Employee of the Year Audra Butler
Audra Butler was surprised and delighted when she won the Employee of the Year Award at Roslyn Lodge.
Audra is a real team player and someone who gets in and gets things done. There isn’t any such thing as too much trouble, and Audra is a versatile carer working in the kitchen at the Lodge, having found her preferred role. Residents and staff were cheering loudly for Audra and her achievements at the announcement of this annual award. Congratulations from all of us Audra. Rothwell Employee of the Year Daniel Opacic
Congratulations to Daniel Opacic who has earned the award for his outstanding clinical care of residents, his professionalism, knowledge and work ethic, and his particular team work with colleagues.
Residents, families, management and staff all admire Daniel for his work in this special needs dementia specific home. Daniel is dedicated to providing the best possible care to residents and is a valuable and respected Enrolled Nurse at Beaumont Care.
Peninsula Employee of the Year Natalia Septiana
Beaumont Care Peninsula’s Employee of the Year 2019 congratulations goes to Natalia Septiana who is an Assistant in Nursing (AIN) at Kippa-Ring.
Heartiest congratulations for your outstanding efforts during 2019. Natalia has a beautiful caring nature, big smile, and the love of her job shines through. Natalia is a quiet achiever who is respectful and diligent in her work with residents. She is tireless in her duties and deserves this award for her work ethic with a bonus of popularity amongst the team. Service Manager Vanessa was delighted to present the award to Natalia. Independent Living Employee of the Year Gloria Nielsen
Gloria Nielsen received the first ever Beaumont Care Independent Living Employee of the Year Award!
Gloria started working with NDIS participants at Kippa-Ring in February 2019 and since then has demonstrated her true passion for working to deliver supports in a person-focused way. Gloria promotes each participant to build new skills and take on new challenges. Delivering NDIS to those in our Supported Independent Living suites at Kippa-Ring, is making such a difference to participant’s lives. There is a lot of fun things happening when Gloria is around! Redcliffe Employee of the Year Nick Hill
Nick Hill is the recipient of the Employee of the Year award for Redcliffe.
Positive feedback all year round was received from residents, families and his peers. Nick is a dedicated Nurse who is well known for his care, compassion and support of residents, which extends to resident’s families and representatives. Dedication to his nursing role is especially key to Nick receiving this award. Nick is well-liked by staff, residents, and visitors and Nick has been working for 18 years at the Redcliffe facility. His professional approach to his work and his “just get in and do the task” attitude has been positively recognised by both his peers and management over many years.
