Some celebrate at the beach, others celebrate on the cricket pitch, however, Beaumont Care residents spent Australia Day taking part in an array of “true-blue” activities to celebrate the great country we live in.
Residents got into the Aussie spirit with an Australia Day concert singing all the Aussie favourites, watching Slim Dusty musical on the big screen, dressing up in crazy costumes, playing beach ball games and competing in “thong- throwing” contests. Not to mention, snags on the barbie, lamingtons and Tim-Tams were also on the menu!
