Our rural setting on acreage is a delightful home for those who require some assistance in daily living
Health and wellbeing of our residents is promoted through safe, secure, comfortable and affordable, assisted living accommodation.
Residents have freedom to explore, security and contentment at Wamuran Park Home. We promote an atmosphere of peace, relaxation and cheerfulness.
We are a fully accredited, award winning, level 3 facility accredited to support our residents with medication management if needed. We specialise for Korsakoff ’s psychosis, alcohol related memory loss, mild mental illness, and intellectual disabilities.
Visitors and family are encouraged to connect with our residents. Our volunteers promote stimulating activities, and our local Doctors and visiting specialists have been part of our home for many years.
We have a great team of dedicated personnel, highly trained, who look after the needs of our residents, upskilling constantly to be ahead of market, and on trend.
Our cooks take delight in preparing home cooked meals, and accommodation is designed for single or shared rooms to meet resident’s social needs.
Birthdays are celebrated and residents with special dietary needs are catered for, with full care for those who require assistance. Morning and afternoon teas consist of a range of home-made cakes, biscuits, scones, muffins, and fruit.
We have staffed or volunteer activity programs to suit the needs of all residents.
Community groups or individuals entertain our residents with concerts, sing-a-longs and parties. All residents are encouraged to be regularly involved in the activities of their choice at Wamuran Park Home.
We do so much in activities, with the assistance of Centacare, a resident support program, that it’s difficult to determine whether to golf, fish, swim, bowl, church, shop, hike, movie, coffee hub, picnic, and lots more, or relax on the property.
There is on-site 24-hour care at Wamuran Park Home. We hope you will visit to see for yourself. We look forward to catching up soon. Best wishes, the Wamuran Park Home team.
