ANZAC Day at Beaumont Care: Honouring Lives and Stories

ANZAC Day is a meaningful occasion for many people living in our community.

It is a time to pause, remember and honour the service and sacrifice of all Australians and New Zealanders who have served. At Beaumont Care, we hold services at each of our sites to ensure residents have an opportunity to remember in a way that is meaningful to them.

For our residents, ANZAC Day is often very personal. Many lived through wartime, supported loved ones who served, or experienced the long‑lasting effects of conflict. Some residents are veterans themselves, while others remember the strength, resilience and solidarity required during challenging times.

The stories held by our residents are an important part of our collective history. Taking time to listen to and honour these experiences helps ensure they are preserved and respected.

Lest we forget.
