Did you know that Halloween originated 2,000 years ago from the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain, which marked the end of summer and the harvest season? The Celts believed that on October 31st, the boundary between the living and the dead blurred, so they lit bonfires and wore costumes to ward off spirits.
