Beaumont Care is delighted to be a recipient of an Aged Care Collaborative Flagship Project grant, funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.

In partnership with Aged Care Research & Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA) and supported by Griffith University researchers, Beaumont Care Kippa Ring is participating in a national project designed to enhance leadership roles and workforce structures in aged care.
We will work with ARIIA and other participating aged care providers to co-design and implement a tailored intervention that will enhance employee engagement, collaboration, and career pathways.
“Beaumont Care are thrilled to take part in this flagship research project,”
said Elise Wardell, Chief Executive Officer of Beaumont Care.
“Prioritising co-design and innovation allows us to better support our own workforce, maximise quality outcomes for residents, while collaborating with and contributing to the sector more broadly.”
