The men at Brighton enjoy walking every afternoon in the local community and down at the beach on the boardwalk.
This has become a regular activity with independently living men and support workers from 2 homes. This is helping participants to reach their goals around healthy living and lifestyles and is a great time for socialising with each other and others within the community.
