Congratulations to Lyn Smith, Personal Carer at Wamuran Park Home for many years, who is this years’ winner of the Employee of the Year Award!
Lyn has throughout the year assisted residents and been integral to the team at Wam, and has focussed her attention on upgrading her own skill levels by training courses and education and putting those learnings back into the home, integrating into her daily work, and sharing with other staff.
