Wow, what a wonderful honour Ian and I received from Susan Shiels, a Peninsula employee making a difference at Beaumont Care. Recognising our attendance and visibility at the services regularly, (maybe too much!).…but it is hard to stay away when we witness all the good work, enthusiasm, and engaged personnel, and the activity and interactions generated by a terrific group of men and women who have chosen aged care as their career, some for many years dedicated to Beaumont Care, for which Ian and I will always be grateful. Thank you for this most thoughtful gesture and your kind words, Susan. The Beaumont Care philosophy stands large – “our residents are special, and our personnel, key”.
