Resident Wally is celebrating a sweet achievement after successfully growing his very first pineapple.
Just over a year ago, Wally planted a pineapple crown and patiently cared for it as it grew. His dedication paid off when he recently harvested a beautiful pineapple from his garden.
Proud of his accomplishment, Wally shared the fruit with fellow residents and staff, who were impressed by the results. He also sent photos to family members and lifelong friends, who were delighted to see what he had achieved.
Best of all, the pineapple was incredibly sweet and delicious! Inspired by his success, Wally has already planted several more pineapple crowns and is looking forward to future harvests.
