The Clontarf team are proud to celebrate our recent participation in the Trainer Mentor Program, delivered by the Maggie Beer Foundation. This program paired our kitchen team with a qualified chef trainer to help us serve flavourful, nutritious meals and enhance the dining experience for our residents.
Participating in this program has strengthened our culinary practices, supported our catering team, and helped elevate the dining experience for our residents.

Over the past 12 months, participating in this program has strengthened our culinary practices, supported our catering team, and helped elevate the dining experience for our residents. The program has included over the course of 12 months, our kitchen team:
- Received hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced chef
- Had a review of 3 weeks of our menus by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and
- Used feedback from residents, families, and staff through Food Satisfaction Questionnaires to continuously improve our dining services.
A heartfelt thank you to Ryan, our assigned Chef Trainer Mentor, for his passion, guidance, and dedication to helping our team embrace new techniques and approaches in the kitchen.

We’re excited to carry this momentum forward as we continue learning, improving, and working together in the kitchen to deliver high‑quality, nutritious and delicious meals for our residents

Thank you to the Maggie Beer Foundation for this invaluable opportunity!
