CLINICAL MANAGER

Beaumont Care, a family-owned provider of residential aged care services on the Redcliffe Peninsula, Queensland, is seeking a full-time Clinical Manager to assist with clinical governance. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the right person to contribute to Beaumont Care’s Strategic Direction and to work in a unique dementia-specific service which collaborates with Universities for the conduct of research and has a reputation for excellence in care in the local community.

The successful applicant must be a Registered Nurse with a relevant post-graduate qualification, preferably in dementia-specific care, and who demonstrates sincere empathy with families and a high level of respect for residents with dementia; who willingly collaborates with and supports all members of the care team including visiting practitioners and support staff; must have excellent written and spoken English, have at least three year’s experience in clinical leadership, knowledge of accreditation requirements and funding and have a current and satisfactory Criminal History Check.
