Angus Aird may well be remembered as a butcher on the mountain for many years – not far from the Lodge. Angus is now giving back to his Roslyn community by telling old stories of his butchering days and speaking of how he “smoked” the meats, all the while creating a mixture of modelling clay to be used in our Dementia Specific Unit for residents.
Angus hasn’t lost his touch for the right ingredients, and for spinning a yarn while he works. We appreciate it Angus, all residents will enjoy this colourful activity made by you.
