Intergenerational Fun!

The residents at Roslyn Lodge North Tamborine get the opportunity every month to re-live their childhood and spend time with some little ones.

Thanks to the Good Start Learning Centre of Tamborine Mountain organised through Director Melissa we have the chance to visit the facility and play and interact with the children as they spend time outside painting, singing, drawing and chatting with us.

It is a wonderful time for not only the residents but the children too as they get to mix with Grandparent figures and hear some history of how the world has changed from all who visit, including our 102 year old resident Gerhard Bargen.

We eagerly look forward to our next visit. Pictured also is Mary Edwards and Dorothy Drew.
